Givvy App Review-Easy Cash Or Not Worth It? A REVIEW

Givvy App Review

Thanks for joining me today for my review of The Givvy App.

My review will  be finding out whether you really can get free rewards for participating in giveaways and playing games using this App.

Earning rewards for doing fun stuff sounds great, but if this App really does reward you, are the rewards worth it?

This is what we will be finding out. To help me I have joined up to take an inside look. I will also be discovering what users are saying about the app, and I will also be weighing up the pros and cons.

How the Givvy App Works

The Givvy App offers simple and fun games. You can download the app for free and participate in the giveaways or play the games whenever you choose.

You’ll always have lots of options with regard to the type of games that you can play.

The good news is that this app is available on both Google Play and the Apple Store.

Teenagers can earn money from home by using this app. You can download it and start using it once you’re 16 and older.

You can also use it from both within and outside the United States, making it an international online earning opportunity.

As it’s name suggests, the Givvy App offers you the chance to win giveaways. If you like to enter raffles, you’ll like using this app.

When you sign up either via Facebook, Google or your email you will instantly see the giveaways listed as below.

You don’t have to accumulate any coins to enter the giveaways. They are completely free, however after entering a couple of them you will have to watch an ad.

As you can see from the above screenshot, the amounts you can win are varied. Some are for as little as a few pence (or cents), and they can go up to around £80 or $100.

On the screen you will see how many people are entered into the draw, which can often be from several thousand up to hundreds of thousands.

For smaller winnings there are usually less people entered (one or two hundred).

when the draw is soon to be made you will see that the screen turns orange, so you will need to enter those quickly to give yourself a chance of winning. The smaller amounts are usually drawn very frequently (every 10 mins or so).

You can also play games on the site, and those games reward you with points.

Most of the apps you download give you 300 coins instantly. You also gain more coins as you move up levels in the game you have chosen (see image above).

Games include Tic Tac Toe, which is popular for people of any age. There are memory games and even games that require you to solve easy mathematics puzzles.

Apart from the rewards, the advantage is that it will allow you to sharpen your mind when you have free time.

Its worth noting here that if you’re using an android device you can click to the Givvy website to get more earning opportunities (Apps to download). However, if you download on the website your coins gained will only show on the website and not on the app.

You can also earn more rewards by participating in surveys. When I pressed the tab to take me to surveys it was also offering 300 coins. (See below).

You can earn further by referring others to The App. The app offers incentives to refer others via Facebook or via a shareable link that you can get from your dashboard. (See below).

How Much Can You Earn With The Givvy App?

While this app pays cash, it does not pay at a high rate.

Most of the apps that you can download via the app pays you 300 coins, which equate to just $0.03 (approx). You can get more coins by progressing in the games but you will have to spend some considerable time to earn anything worthwhile.

You can add to your earning by taking surveys, watching videos and referring others. These won’t add anything significant to your earnings unless you have a huge engaged social media following who will be active on the app.

The giveaways are of course a game of chance, so you’re not guaranteed to win anything at all with these, although the more you enter of course the more chances you have. You could get lucky and win one of the bigger prizes, although your more likely to win a smaller prize every now and again.

How To  Cash Out With The Givvy App

The good thing about the Givvy App is that with almost all the options available you can cash out with very little in your account. You can get rewarded cash or cryptocurrency.

  1. Hello,

Thank you for sharing about Givvy App with us. It is good to know that you could make some cents by watching and by playing videos and games.

This is actually a very good way to keep people motivated about using the App more often in order to get paid.

I am sure everyone would want to try. If one could make a cent or a dolor for playing game or making money, why not?

1 cent is for sure not a good dead of $ but let’s say if it is reduced from our pay check then it is quite unpleasing but with Givvy App it is the contraire which is good.

    Good luck for your future!

    1. Hi there,

Yes if you’re going to play games online anyway then you may as well get paid a dollar or two for doing it. I’m glad you found the review informative. Thanks for reading.

  2. Thanks for writing this review on Givvy App.  I’ll consider it a warning not to waste my time getting on it.

The overall impression I was left with was that you’ll make almost no money, but it could be fun for a teenager who’s going to play these kinds of games anyway.

I like your suggestion to try Wealthy Affiliate instead.  That sounds like it’s more my thing.

    Thanks again,

    Michael

    1. Hi Michael,

Yes I recommend Wealthy Affiliate if gaming is not your thing. The app is designed for those who love gaming and just want to earn a bit extra. Thanks for your comment.

  3. I love apps, because they make my life so much easier. I try to have apps for anything that may help me to get my business done. This Givvy App even though is for playing games, the fact that you can earn some cash makes it more appealing to download and start using it. Again not everything is like we would expect, like earning a decent amount of money from the rewards.

    1. Hi Eugene,

Yes you can use apps like these to relax and in between work, however you shouldn’t expect to earn very much. Thanks for your comment.

  4. I personally am not a supporter of these types of platforms that offer some minimal earnings. Who has free time, and I mean mostly teenagers, they have the luxury of spending time playing games and being rewarded for it. The Givvy App is a platform that in my opinion does not deserve a place where you should spend your time and expect some earnings.

     Post is great anyway.

    1. Hi Oliveir,

Yes these types of apps are probably better suited for those with time on their hands who want to earn an extra dollar or two. Thanks for your comment.

  5. Nice post on the merits of Givvy App. I completely agree with you that there are much better apps that pay you to play games online. Givvy App just does not cut it for me and I would avoid it and keep trying other gaming apps to make some extra pocket change. Nobody is going to get rich playing games like this, but you might as well get paid for your time right? Thanks again for your honest write up on Givvy App.

  6. There are lots of opportunities that you can benefit from online that’ll pay you better money that’s worth the time and energy you’ve invested into, expecting me as a married man, a father of two girls who needs money to be taken care of, for me to sit and play a game for about 50 times before I can earn $0.10 is foolish. Thanks for sharing this, givvy is a total useless product.

    1. Hi Bruce,

Yes these games aren’t really designed to create a viable 2nd income. They are more for fun, and the added bonus of small rewards  if you use them regularly.

  7. Hello Ray, it’s really amazing to see that someone came actually earn from playing games and that is something my kids are really good at. I have to say making money online is really cool and doing the earning from something you love is a total bonus for anyone. I’ll show this givvy app to my son so he can earn and play

  8. Quite an interesting one to see here. Honestly, I value all you have shared here and it makes quite a lot if sense considering all of these that you have shared here.  This givvy app can really be a way to just earn a little bit of cash during leisure while doing the simple thing alike gaming. Surely a worthy one to see here. Thanks
