This survey panel is open to consumers in 90 countries, so if you are looking for international work from home opportunities, this might be one to consider.

To help you decide however if this is the right survey platform we will be finding out how much you are likely to earn, first however let’s take a look at how things work….

How e-research-global Works

E-research-global is free to join, and once you are 16 years old or older, you can make a little extra cash on the panel.

This is a good way for teens to have a little extra cash on hand, since they can complete surveys in their spare time. All the people in your household who meet the requirements can participate.

This panel has three main ways for you to participate, and you’ll be sent invitations by email for each type, once you join.

You can complete online surveys or participate in online focus groups, and this can be done right in the comfort of your own home. You can also test new products that are being developed by companies around the world.

Product testing is fun, since you get to experience all sorts of new products for free. You learn what is available before they reach the market, and you get to keep the items.

Since this site is open to participants from around the world, it broadens your exposure to different companies. Anyone who meets the requirements can complete registration in a couple of minutes, and there are no hidden costs.

This site partners with other paid survey sites. Specifically, they focus on panels that are specializing in a particular area, such as auto research.

They will send invitations for these panels, and you can join if the area of research suits you. All of those panels pay for your participation.

How much can you earn with e-research-global?

You can earn on e-research-global by taking surveys, through product testing, and by sharing your thoughts in focus groups.

Focus groups pay better than surveys, and your pay per survey may be anywhere from $0.50 to a dollar. Payment depends on the length and complexity of each survey.

A survey that takes about an hour may pay $2. You are not likely however to have a lot of surveys to complete if you are in a geographical location where less companies require research.

Some panelists report that they get surveys all the time, and this may be due to their demographic.  Others however say that surveys are infrequent.

You can also earn through their referral program. This is a form of passive income, since you get paid $0.25 every time your referral completes a survey.

So if your referral completes 20 surveys during their time with the company for example, you’ll earn $5 from that referral.

Payments are made in cash, so you can use the money in any way that suits you. PayPal is the typical method of payment, but if you live in a country that doesn’t use PayPal, your payment will be transferred via Payza.

Americans also have the option of receiving their money by check.

User Feedback

Users wish that they would get invitations to surveys more often. Some however are pleased with the frequency, and state that they get surveys often because of their geographical location.

Most users are pleased with the navigational elements on the website, and the ease with which they can find details on any questions they have.

  • This company works with a variety of businesses right around the globe, so you’ll have access to interesting products that aren’t always available in the United States.

  1. An article having this quality takes time and energy to develop. most especially when it has to help out people with useful information. i also commend the beautiful website that you have created with nice templates. e-research has been around for a while and my friend told me about it a few weeks ago. although this is a better review.

    1. Hi David,

Yes it’s worth trying out but your opportunities may be limited by your demographic. However like you say you may get lucky and find that there are higher paying opportunities like focus groups available. If you do join let our readers know how you get on. Thanks for your comment.

  4. Great review of e-research. I did some survey work a few years ago and came to the same conclusion.  Lots of time for little money but it’s better than nothing.  Survey panels are also pretty boring in my experience, did you have that?  Sitting around clicking on five stars and having some algorithm make you write longer or more copy and pasted reviews, ugh not for me thanks!

    1. Hi John,

Yes you’re right it’s better than nothing, but my experience with surveys was the same in that I eventually got bored and wanted more of a challenge. I found Wealthy Affiliate and never looked back, so that is why I recommend them to my readers. Thanks for your comment.

  5. I have been looking for work at home opportunities and ways to earn extra cash. I have tried a number of sites but this one seems to be of great interest! I like the idea of focus groups. Even though it has a 2.5 rating, there are many pros, PayPal pay, every two weeks and you can work from the comfort of your own home. I may in all honesty follow this one up, as from my experience with these types of roles, the more you do the better you have a chance of increasing income. Thank you. Please post more you come across as i will be book marking this site for more info.

    1. Hi Kae,

I’m glad you found my review of E-Research informative. Please let our readers know how you get on if you give it a try. Thanks for reading and leaving a comment.

  6. That’s an interesting review. Never really got crazy about these survey platforms, as it seems like a waste of time really. Unless if you’re lucky with this one, you can get some extra money I believe. Maybe it’s at least good to give it a try and see if it’s enough to make some decent money out of it? I guess, I can’t be bothered so much. However, the platform you recommended seems much more interesting, it actually doesn’t look ike just another money online opportunity, but rather like some serious business proposition… Thanks, that’s cool!

    1. Hi Dario,

Yes it’s really a personal choice as to whether you want to spend your time on surveys. I do recommend that you check out our top rated platform if you are more serious about making money online. Thanks for your comment.

  7. Definitely a legit way to earn some play money if you’re cool with the fact it won’t make you a living. I’m not a huge fan of survey sites because I’ve found you get booted from more surveys than you complete. But I think for this one if you’re in a highly researched geographic location, you might be okay and earn a few bucks in the process. I doubt this would be right for me, since the nearest major urban area is about 20-30 miles away but for those who live closer to it, they may be in luck here.

    1. Hi Todd,

I can understand why you’re not a fan of Survey Sites. You can spend a lot of time trying to qualify for surveys, and you’re not paid for that time. Surveys only provide pocket money, but they are a convenient way to earn small amounts when you want to use up some time. Thanks for your comment.
