Once you’ve registered, you can complete surveys on the go by visiting the mobile version of the website. Unfortunately they do not currently have a mobile app.
You’ll be required to complete your profile. By sharing the information required in your profile helps the researchers to match you to surveys that are the right fit for you.
At times, you may feel that some of the questions are asking for personal information, such as your household income.
However, this is just to place you in the right demographic. The information that you share is always protected.
The site has clear privacy guidelines and is transparent about the policy that they have in place regarding the use of your data. However, it’s always a good idea to use a separate email for surveys, since you will be sent promotional emails every now and then.
How Much Can You Earn With Opinionsite?
Every new member starts earning from the moment they sign up.
You’ll get $3 as your welcome bonus, but you can’t withdraw it immediately. It will be placed in your account automatically and you’ll be able to withdraw it when you reach the minimum threshold of $10.
Your bonus is received in two steps. When you sign up and verify your email, you’ll receive 1,400 points. This is equivalent to $1. After that, you can complete your profile.
Once this is done, you’ll receive 2,800 points. In all, you’ll have 4,200 points in your account and that’s equal to $3, making it easier of course to get to your first payout.
Completing your profile also helps you to get found easily whenever a client is looking for panelists who are in your demographic. If you do five surveys after that, at $1.50 each, you’ll get to the minimum.
You’ll earn money every time you do a survey. The amount that you’re paid for each survey depends on its length. The shortest surveys on the site only pay $0.10 but take just a few minutes. The longest surveys pay $1.50.
You’ll have to wait to be invited to do surveys. You won’t be able to log in and search an offer wall to find surveys that match your profile.
This means people who aren’t in a demographic that’s in demand it could take a few months to reach pay out.
How Do You Get Paid By Opinionsite?
Your points can be exchanged for electronic gift cards from stores such as Amazon. However, many panelists prefer cash, so you can request that a check be mailed to your address. If you request a check however, remember that this must be cashed within 90 days.
If you forget, the site will re-deposit the amount of your check to your account, so you can withdraw your points again when you’re ready.
If you want your money more quickly, select a PayPal transfer as your payment option. When you’re ready to redeem your rewards, log in and click on Rewards. You’ll see all of the payment alternatives listed and you can click on PayPal or any other option there.

If you’re looking for easy tasks that you can do to relax and earn cash, the Opinionsite may be a good option.
The surveys however don’t pay a lot so this is not going to help you earn a lot of money fast. You also have to wait to be invited to surveys, and that limits your earnings as well.
There are complaints about payments and this is a concern, especially since panelists say that they have sent emails about their payment issues and not received any replies.
However, you can get paid in cash and the payment threshold is low. If you do decide to use this site, withdraw your earnings whenever you reach the minimum threshold.
