Thanks for checking out my ThinkOpinion review
ThinkOpinion is what is known as a GPT (Get Paid To) website that gives you rewards for carrying out various small tasks on the platform.
There are lots of GPT sites to choose from these days, which can make it difficult deciding which is the best one to use. By reading my ThinkOpinion review however you will be able to make a more informed decision as to whether ThinkOpinion is the right reward site for you.
To help you do this I signed up to the site to give you an inside look.
Signing Up To ThinkOpinion
The Signing gets up process may be a bit intrusive for some. You are required to provide your full name, your address and your PayPal email address.
You also need to create a username password.
Once you’ve done this ThinkOpinion will forward you an email with a verification code. Copy and paste the code onto the sign up page and you can get started.
I noticed I had earned a sign up bonus ( see below) which is of course always welcome.
Ways To Earn At ThinkOpinion
There are lots of ways to earn on the ThinkOpinion website. By clicking on the Earn tab you will see all the opportunities available (see below).

Ways To Earn At ThinkOpinion
Offers
Offers generally pay the most on GPT sites. There are plenty of options available and include surveys, getting paid to sign up, download apps and various other offers. Make sure however you know what you are signing up to by reading the terms and conditions.

Available Offers At ThinkOpinion
If you do happen to run out of offers then you can also click on the offerwalls tab at the top of the dashboard to find more.
Surveys
There are plenty of surveys available on the site to members. You need to ensure however that you complete the surveys accurately and consistently. You also need to remember that you won’t qualify for surveys, and this can be a frustrating experience.
Paid To Click
This section is probably the lowest earning section as all you are required to do is click on an ad to get paid. Unfortunately I only saw three ads to click on here. The amount paid to you for your click ranged from $0.001 to $0.005.
Promo Codes
By subscribing to ThinkOpinion’s YouTube channel you can get access to Promo Codes that are issued each Saturday.
Referrals
There is a referral program at ThinkOpinion that can add more to your earnings. Your level 1 referrals will earn you 15% of their earnings. You will also earn 10% of your level 1 referrals purchases.
Contests
By taking surveys and participating offers you will become part of ThinkOpinion’s contest. Whichever 20 members accumulate the most points will win the contest. The prizes range from $1 up to $50.
How Much Can You Earn With ThinkOpinion?
There are plenty of earning opportunities available at ThinkOpinion. The amount you can earn really depends upon the amount of time you spend on offers and surveys. It is possible to earn a reasonable side income on this site, but you will have to invest quite a lot of time.
Taking surveys and completing offers means you get rewarded with points. 100 points is equivalent to $1.00.
The surveys you get at ThinkOpinion pay up to 120 points, depending upon the length. This is quite low compared to some other survey sites.
Unfortunately the link that takes you to the survey doesn’t tell you how long the survey will be. However, going off my own experience taking surveys on various platforms, the estimated times aren’t usually very accurate anyway.
The offers pay more, depending upon what you are required to do. As stated earlier check the conditions, and what you are required to do to get your points.
There are options when it comes to payments. You can get paid via PayPal, Skrill, or if you prefer you get exchange your points for Amazon Gift Cards.
The Cash out sum is quite low at $5 which is quite reasonable.
Unusually for a GPT Site ThinkOpinion offers a paid membership option that enables you to receive your payments immediately. If you pay $30.00 you will get this feature for 10 years.
I wouldn’t recommend this however because you don’t know whether this platform will be around for another 10 years, and if immediate payments are what you’re looking for then there are other GPT websites that pay very quickly without charging you.
What Are The Pros Of ThinkOpinion?
- Free to join platform
- Lots of earning opportunities
- Low cashout of $5
- Payment options including PayPal and Amazon Gift Cards.
- Reasonable referral program
What Are The Cons Of ThinkOpinion?
- A low earning opportunity
- Website is a bit confusing
Some Final Thoughts On ThinkOpinion
ThinkOpinion is a legit GPT site that offers a number of ways to earn money from one platform.
You wont be able to give up your day job working on this site, but you could generate a useful side income if you put in enough of your time on the site.
The site also has a reasonable cash out sum that shouldn’t take too long to reach. If you are looking for a way to earn a few extra dollars then ThinkOpinion could be an option.
Star Rating 3/5- A decent GPT site that could be worth a try.
Thanks for checking out my review of ThinkOpinion. I hope you found the article informative and will help you decide if The ThinkOpinion platform is a good option for you.
I have written hundreds of similar reviews and articles about making money online here on my website Wealthinflator.com. My latest posts are HERE
Well, like said earlier thinkopinion isn’t really a get rich quick platform, but it’s credibility goes a long way to explain why it helps earn little side income as a get paid to platform…It could although go a long way to keeping up with few income expenses if proper time is devoted I beliycan help you earn more..
Thanks for sharing though, at a time like this under The ravaging pandemic I guess everyone needs one or two things that can help put an extra cash in their pockets and thinkopinion can do that…
Hi evans,
Yes at extraordinary times like these any extra source of revenue is welcome. There are better ways to make money but Sites like ThinkOpinion could add a few extra dollars to your pocket. Thanks for your comment.
Think Opinion is an unusual name for a service, had not heard it before. However, it seems most of these sites have the one thing in common. Lots of time for little pay. I am thinking, however, that my aunt who is quite a computer nerd might really enjoy doing this, and as she had lots of time, might be able to add up to some cash. Maybe enough to get her nails done at the salon occasionally as this is a big treat to her.
As you have done this kind of review before, do you think this one is the best one to work with, or is there one you have experience with that might be better?
So, while I am not interested in opinion polls or pay for click, or any other of the options that are offered, it might be a fun pastime for her. It would give her something to do when bored, and something new to talk about with her friends. So, thanks for giving us this information and will let you know if she does anything with it. Thanks, Sami
Hi Sami,
I don’t think surveys are the best way to make money online however they could be something to do when you are bored. Your aunt may find them useful if she has a lot of spare time, because they do eat up time. You should check out other opportunities reviewed on this site including website testing or transcription, which offer a better rate of pay. If you want to build a more substantial income for the future then I recommend you click on the link above instead and find out more about our top rated platform. Thanks for your comment.
I myself did survey’s for a few months, and I have to say it is really hard to make any money doing it. You are so right, that the time length to take each survey was never right, and also quite time consuming.
I love the post and I totally agree with you that they aren’t a scam, it is just not an easy way to make money. Job well done and anyone looking to start doing surveys will find this full of great information.
Hi Coralie,
Yes it can be very frustrating not knowing exactly how long it’s going to take you to complete a survey, or if you are even going to qualify for it. It can often take more than just an interest in making money to keep going with surveys. It helps if you have a genuine interest in the subject matter of the survey, because then it won’t seem as long and drawn out. Thanks for your comment.
This is a wonderful review of ThinkOpinion. I’ve been involved with many GPT programs before, and many of them aren’t as great as the say to be.
I have stumbled upon ThinkOpinion in the past, but, like you mentioned, I was a bit intimidated by the amount of information they asked for up front.
Overall, I’ve drifted from GPT programs, but it might be worth giving this one a try in the future based off this review. Thank you for the insight, great work!
Hi Joe,
It’s easy to see why you might drift away from GPT sites because the earning potential is limited, however ThinkOpinion does have a number of ways to earn a little extra to boost your income. If you are willing to invest your time, and provide your data, then you can generate a small side income. Thanks for your comment.
