Inspired Opinions is a survey platform designed to give its members the opportunity to earn a side income by engaging in market research activities.

Yes, Inspired Opinions is 100% legit. The platform is operated by The Schlesinger group, a market research company that collects data on behalf of their clients from all across the globe, in countries such as the UK, Germany and Spain.
Their headquarters are in the United States are located in New Jersey. They’ve been doing research for more than half a century, partnering with groups such as Intellus Worldwide and Women in Research.
You can therefore be rest assured that Inspired Opinions is a legit survey platform.
How Does Inspired Opinions Work?
It’s fairly easy to sign up for this site but they do require that you’re 18 or older.
You’ll have to upload a copy of your ID to verify the facts that you provide while signing up. To register, tap the Join Now button.
You’ll be asked to share information such as your location, gender and date of birth.
Since this market research company only serves clients in specific countries, it only collects data from consumers who live in those countries.
So unfortunately, if you don’t live in the UK, US, Germany or Spain, you won’t qualify for any of these opportunities.
However, if you do happen to be from one of the qualifying countries you will be pleased to hear that several people from the same household can participate.
Inspired Opinions collects data via several established techniques, including surveys and focus groups. All of the information that you share is protected under the terms of their privacy policy.
They also adhere to the standards for data collection that are established for researchers in this sector.
Their focus groups are conducted at one of their locations across the United States. This means that while other opportunities, such as surveys, are open to participants from other countries, only United States residents can participate in a focus group.
They have more than 16 offices in the US and if you’re invited to participate in a study, you’ll be asked to go to the one that is nearest to you.
This site will send invitations to your mailbox whenever a survey opportunity is available. However, that doesn’t mean that you will qualify for the survey.
You’ll always be required to do screening questions which help to determine whether you fit the exact profile that the client needs.
In some cases, you’ll do screening questions and then you won’t be allowed to complete the survey. In that case, you will not receive any payment for the questions that you have already done.
If you complete a survey, your points can be exchanged for gift cards from stores like Amazon.
How Can You Earn with Inspired Opinions?
There are three main ways for panelists to earn with Inspired Opinions. These are telephone interviews, focus groups and surveys.

All of their focus groups are done in person, so you’ll need to include travel time and costs when you’re thinking about how much you’ll make from this option.
Focus groups are live discussions around a particular topic. Each focus group is led by a moderator and takes a couple of hours.
Other market research opportunities include surveys that can either be completed online, or over the telephone.
How Much Can You Earn With Inspired Opinions?
Focus groups are the highest paying opportunity that you can be offered with Inspired Opinions. For your time you’ll be compensated with $50 to $100. These lucrative opportunities however, are not offered to everyone.
Invitations for focus groups are sent to your email address. If you do get an invite, don’t expect to receive an invitation to participate in a focus group more than once a year. Some members however do get invitations twice a year.
On average, you can expect to receive between four and 10 survey invitations per month. Some of the these surveys may be completed online but others may be done on the phone.
You’ll be given points for every survey that you complete You’ll earn at least 100 points for each survey, with 100 points being equivalent to $1.
Some surveys will pay you 150 points, so you may be able to earn around $4 per month, on average. Most members get between four and 10 invitations to participate in research each month.
The number of invitations that you receive will vary according to your location.
You can redeem your rewards as long as your balance is equal to at least 1,000 points. It is important to note that this platform does not always make payments on time.
Panelists do eventually receive their money but they report experiencing delays, especially when awaiting payment for focus groups. The length of the delay will vary from one person to another.
In addition to the three main ways described above, some panelists also earn via the referral program.
You’ll earn points whenever a friend who signs up to the site via your link completes a survey, The company doesn’t advertise the details of this reward but you’ll be given information whenever your friend qualifies for a survey.
How Do You Get Paid By Inspired Opinions?
This survey site doesn’t pay via PayPal. You can only withdraw your earnings as Amazon gift cards, which usually take between six and eight weeks to arrive.
However, you can decide when you want to withdraw your earnings. Just log in and click on Redeem, then select the type of gift card that you would like.
You can always view your balance on the Dashboard page and when you have enough points for the denomination that you want, you can withdraw your points.

There is no guarantee as to how many research earning opportunities you are going to get with Inspired Opinions, however if you’re interested in doing surveys online in order to get items from Amazon, this could still be a good opportunity to share your opinions with a company that is known for quality.
If you do get surveys from them you’ll have the assurance that you’ll get interesting surveys, because Inspired Opinions have been conducting research for decades.
