Is MindMover Legit? A Review
Thanks for checking out my review of MindMover
What is MindMover?
MindMover is a UK survey site that is available to UK residents only. It offers rewards to its members for taking surveys.
It is free to join MindMover.
When you complete a survey you are rewarded points. Each point is equivalent to one penny.
The amount of points you get rewarded for each completed survey depends upon how long the survey is. When you are invited to take a survey MindMover will tell you how much you will earn from it.
The rewards are anything between 50p to £10.00 (or 50-1000 points)

You need to ensure that you complete at least one survey within a 12 month period otherwise the panel database will make your account inactive.
If you haven’t taken a survey in the last 12 months but want to remain a member MindMover will however re-activate your account.
At MindMover you can get involved with research activities
Activities include not only surveys but polls and discussion forums.
I have marked MindMover out of 5 on 3 different criteria;
1. Customer Reviews
2.5 out of 5- I searched the Internet for user reviews about this site. I only gave them an average score because there weren’t that many reviews by people actually using the site.
The ones I did find were mixed, some were happy whereas others felt that it took too long to reach the cash out (see below) due to the lack of surveys they were getting.
Some users complimented the customer service given by the site stating that when they had an issue that they wanted resolving the customer service team responded quickly and effectively.
2. Redemption Amount
2.5-Again only an average score as £20 is quite a high cash out sum, especially when compared to some other survey sites like this one. This can be a problem especially when surveys are few and far between, which is what some of the customers seem to be saying in the reviews found online.
If you want to be paid by cheque then you will need to earn rewards to the value of £30.
I prefer smaller redemption amounts than this because some people don’t realise how long it can take to build up points or cash when they join a survey site and give up before they reach the minimum amount.
3. Choice Of Reward
4 out of 5- I have given MindMover a good score for this as they offer you a choice of payment by either cash (via PayPal ), Giftcard, cheque or sweepstake entries.
Members have the opportunity to win iPhones, DVDs, T.Vs and other prizes. You get free entry as a member however you can get additional entries by becoming a ‘Preferred Panelist’.
Although there isn’t a wide choice of Giftcard I scored high for this survey sites as it offers reward payment by cash as a lot of people prefer to be paid this way.
4. Speed of Payment
2 out of 5-MindMover hasn’t scored highly here as you will have to wait 30 days for payment via PayPal or Amazon. This doesn’t compare too well with other survey sites like this one that processes your payment via PayPal within 24 hours.
You will have to wait 56 days if you want to be paid by cheque.
- Free to join
- Discussion forums and polls give a community feel
- Choice of rewards
- Only available in the U.K
- Customers report that there aren’t many surveys emailed to them and therefore it takes time to reach the cash out sum
My verdict is that MindMover is legit.
Although it is legit, the rewards may take some time to build up. It is recommended that you join a few survey sites to maximise your earnings.
