Thanks for checking out my Telly Pulse review.
Telly Pulse is a survey platform that is designed to reward its members for offering their opinion by participating in online surveys.
In my review today I will be finding out what you need to know about the Telly Pulse platform to help you decide if it is worth checking out for yourself.
To help me do this I will be uncovering what real users are saying about it. I will also be weighing up the pros and cons to help you come to a more informed decision about whether you should join.
Before we find out how you could potentially earn on this platform, let’s find out more about Telly Pulse.
About Telly Pulse
Telly Pulse is a survey panel owned by Star India Pvt Ltd and was previously known as Star Panel. The community was started in 2016 with the cooperation of Nepa, a market research company. The panel is currently managed by Nepa.
The panel is available to residents of India only. If you live outside India then unfortunately you won’t be able to join.
How Telly Pulse Works
Once you register for an account, you can start checking to see if you qualify for any of the surveys that are available.
The surveys cover several topics, but are usually centered around popular advertising brands and your own likes or dislikes.
Unfortunately there is no available app for this site. However, it’s a genuine make money from your phone option because you can access the site by using the mobile Web. It’s easy to navigate the site on your phone and you’ll be able to complete surveys on the go.
As stated above, Telly Pulse caters to people in India, but not any other countries. You can track your earnings in rupees and use your points to claim vouchers for platforms like Book My Show, which are popular in Mumbai.
During the registration process, you’ll share information such as your email address, gender and postal code. This information cannot be changed later on and will be used to match you to surveys.
Survey invitations will be sent to the email address that you provide during registration. Most surveys take at least five minutes but they don’t usually take longer than 10 minutes. The surveys are sent from different companies and you’re never obligated to complete any of them.
You’re likely to receive at least two survey invitations every week. If you get them, there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to complete them. You’ll sometimes be sent invitations for surveys but not pass the screening process.
Sometimes the reason for that is the number of respondents required for the survey. If they already have enough, you won’t qualify. It’s good to respond to each invitation as quickly as you can.
You can leave the panel at any time and you aren’t obligated to complete a specific number of surveys every month or every week. All of your answers will remain anonymous, and membership is free.
How Can you Earn with Telly Pulse?
The only way to earn on this platform is by participating in surveys. You will increase your earning potential if you try to complete surveys regularly.
You may not qualify for all of those that you try but by responding to survey invitations regularly, chances are you’ll qualify for a few of them.
Surveys pay on average between 50-150 Rupees. The longer the survey obviously the more they are likely to pay. Given that the cash out can start at 100 Rupees, you could make that after completing just one survey.
You can track your earnings in your Personal Panel Account. The My Personal Information tab allows you to set the number of surveys that you would like to do every month. If you want to earn as much as possible from surveys, it’s good to put a bigger figure in that area.
You’ll always know how much you can earn for a particular survey before you start it. This helps you to decide whether it can help you to reach your target for earnings. The incentive is calculated based on the length of each survey.
How To Collect your Telly Pulse Rewards
Once you have enough in your account, you can collect your rewards as Book My Show or FlipKart e-vouchers.
The minimum sum that you’ll need in your account if you want to claim Book My Show Vouchers is 154 rupees, which will give you an e-voucher for 150 rupees. That means of course that there is a small cash out fee of 4 rupees.
You can use your vouchers to book any movie or show on the Book My Show website. Just select Gift Vouchers under their Payment Options section. You can combine up to 10 of your vouchers for a single transaction or use your vouchers along with cash to pay for a movie or other entertainment alternatives.
Flipkart e-vouchers are also available. These let you shop for free on Flipkart and they start at just 100 rupees. You’ll need 105 rupees in your account to claim that reward. You can wait until you have 525 rupees and then claim a 500 rupees voucher, but there is no saving here in terms of the cash out fee.
You can obtain clothing, home appliances, electronics and furniture with your Flipkart reward. with all vouchers, you need to ensure you use them before they expire. The Book My Show vouchers have an expiry date on them, and the Flipkart vouchers expire 1 year from the date of issue.
You cannot transfer your rupees to your bank account. While you earn rupees every time you do a survey, these can only be redeemed by using them to collect the gift cards that you like. Some Final Thoughts On Telly Pulse
Telly Pulse is a legitimate survey platform available to Indian residents. Although you may sometimes find there are few surveys, you may not need to complete many in order to cash out.
If you like taking surveys, and if you find you’re not getting many surveys on this site, I recommend you join a few survey sites to ensure you have a ready supply.
Nonetheless, Telly Pulse could be worth checking out if you don’t mind delays in receiving your payment. Try to respond to survey invitations when you get them, and answer the questions consistently to maximise your chances of more income opportunities.
Star Rating 3/5-A legit survey site for Indian residents. There is a lack of reward options, and payments can be slow, but worth checking out nonetheless.
